The separation of the founders' paths in 2008 did not lead to the end of their vision, but to the beginning of a new chapter. Mier, now with the support of his children Isaak, Maor and Mike, continued the family project with renewed energy. Under her leadership, Dai Fratelli transformed itself into more than just a restaurant; it became a symbol of the combination of tradition and innovation, of the combination of exquisite cuisine and family warmth. Today, Dai Fratelli stands not only for his outstanding Italian cuisine, but also for a piece of living family history, which is told with every dish that is served.
Dai Fratelli: A dream comes true
Dai Fratelli's dream began in 2001 when brothers Ari and Mier, armed with savings and an unshakable vision, took the step to take their passion for Italian cuisine to the next level. After years of hard work at a food stand in the 2nd district, they opened the doors of Dai Fratelli in Vienna's noble 1st district on October 31, 2001. The name “Dai Fratelli” not only reflects their family ties, but also their shared dream of creating a place where authentic Italian cuisine is celebrated in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality.
